A trashy place that ruined my hair in a botched bleach job and blamed it all on me. I had HORIZONTAL STRIPES. I got my hair fixed at Atelier Salon on Saratoga, and was shocked at the difference in quality, despite the prices being comparable. The hair dresser at Atelier was amazed when I described their ombre technique, said it was how hair dressers learn NOT to do an ombre, and assured me that there was nothing I could have done to cause the stripes. Kat, the owner, mostly employes her own family members, so they can do no wrong. She will let them ruin your hair, blame you, and call you a liar. Remember, when they describe unhappy customers as liars and idiots, that's what they will say about you.
