This is the worst place to get a haircut. The person in charge hung on me when I called bout my daughters hair after she got home. They cut my daughters hair wrong w just a trim she asked for a bob. Inexperienced workers there. They wouldnt refund money i got a hang up. I never cursed they cant take mistakes on their end. The man was rude no customer courtesy at all. I work at attorney Generals office people make me mad all the time in court but i give them the right to speak their mind. I dont treat people bad or hang up on them. Hair cutters are not always right. Own it. He said come back in. Who wants to drive back and sit there again while they stare you down. These people need to go back to barber school and get some manners 101. All we asked was for was a $12 refund to go somewhere else. You know what keep it you need it. I'm writing to Better business Bureau next. I'd work w customers not hang up on them! I rate 0 but there wasn't one.ðŸ˜ƒ

Staff was wonderful. I live all the way across town, and had decided to make the trip on my bike to Mr. Louie's. Was worried when I noticed there was nowhere nearby to park my bike, so I had decided to go in and write my name down to put myself on the waiting list, and go park my bike at the HEB right across the plaza. When I had walked in, I was greeted and asked if I wanted to bring my bike inside. The hair cut was very nice for the cost, and I left very satisfied. Will definitely bring my business over here from now on.
