I canâ€™t speak to the quality of hair cuts but I was disappointed in the customer service. The front desk girl I worked with was very polite and professional ... but my appointment which I was assured was booked - wasnâ€™t anywhere to be found (if youâ€™re a new client you have to book on the phone). I sat for 25 minutes in the noisy studio until I was told they donâ€™t know what happened and there was no one to cut my hair. A coupon or a complimentary service would have been nice - but nothing was offered. Iâ€™m new to Dallas and was ready to give recurring business here, but wasnâ€™t pleased. It was frustrating to take off work and have to do it again..

Great quality hair stylist! Provide refreshments & comfortable seating/waiting area. Most importantly, all staff are friendly & helpful. Salon personnel consistently provide courteous & pleasant customer service- frequently making extra efforts to make sure customers are well taken care of!! :) Plus my hairstylist is amazing! Prettiest blondes come from here!!!

Awesome service!! From the point of entering into the shop and meeting with my Stylist (Kyle) Very accommodating staff! I have tried many Stylists in the DFW area and itâ€™s very hard to find a consistent cut and get great service. I was so pleased with the cut I received from him and he understood what I wanted. I found my new place as Iâ€™m excited to book for my next appointment! Please give Dear Clark a try and you will see for yourself! Again thank you Kyle!!

I have been going to Kaycee at Dear Clark for a few months now and she is the best! This is hands down the best salon Iâ€™ve been to!! They are a very large salon with many talented stylists. And everyone is super friendly and itâ€™s just a delight going to get your hair done. There are many reasons theyâ€™ve been voted Dallas Best year after year. Highly recommended!!

Iâ€™ve gone to Alex for my hair for a few years now and would never go anywhere else! He does the best balayage and cut Iâ€™ve ever seen. I constantly get stopped by strangers complimenting my color, asking where I get it done. All of the staff at Dear Clark are amazing and itâ€™s always such a wonderful experience. Cannot recommend enough!
