Amazing!! I love having my hair done here, my third time having my hair coloured and styled by Will, every time we try something a little bit different to bring some variety, and every time I’m super impressed, I’m daring to ask for brighter every time! But I complete faith in Wills ability so I let him do his thing. He also does an amazing job with styling or blow outs!! It’s also a really friendly and nice environment, everyone there is always super friendly and sweet.

I live in the neighborhood and decided to make an appointment with Will for a haircut. I chose Will based on all of the great reviews. Will was punctual, personable and attentive. I could not be happier with my layered haircut. I love it. Thank you, Will. I appreciate you.

I came for a haircut and a conditioning treatment - haircut was good, but I didn’t notice any effects after the deep conditioning treatment (no softness or shine) - felt like a waste of money. I would say that my overall impression was that the haircut was overpriced for what I needed to do (just cut some split ends - no layers, no length change) and the styling that they include in the price of the haircut didn’t even last a half day :( usually my hair holds curls for the whole day and is still wavy the next day, but I had to fix my hair at home after a few hours. I’m assuming this place might offer a better service for color, styling, fancy haircut or something else, but for a simple service - not worth it.

I have debated leaving a negative review for almost a week now, and I've been trying to just "be okay" with the results of my hair appointment. Honestly, I'm bummed and I spent a lot of money on this, so I thought I'd share my experience. To begin, I booked a balayage and haircut with one of Tangerine Salon's "Master II" level stylists. I've never booked a "Master" before, but I had high hopes that they would exceed my expectations and make my hair better than ever before! The personality of my stylist was fine, and we had good conversation. The results of my hair is what I am unhappy with. I was hoping to go much lighter than what I got. I even showed images before the stylist mixed color, and she said she could do that. I know these photos don't do the "mess up" justice, but there is a clear error with the coloring right on the piece that frames my face. It looks as though the foil was resting on my scalp in that area (which it was). Now I feel self conscious whenever I put my hair up, and I'm constantly trying to push my other hair over this error because I don't like it. Secondly, I asked to get my hair cut straight across, and one side is shorter than the other! I included an image, but that's another big bummer! The salon was very clean and welcoming. The people working there were also very welcoming and kind. The results of this appointment is what has me feeling disappointed. I paid over $300, and wish I wouldn't have gone. I'm nervous to go in and complain, and I feel embarrassed. I don't want to feel dumb for going in and getting this "fixed", so I'm just living with the hair I have, but I wanted to leave a review. Will is absolutely amazing. He is professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. I am so happy this was the salon I ‘tried out’ two years ago. I haven’t gone anywhere else since.
