I am so delighted that my favorite stylist is now at this location on Mondays and Wednesdays! Mikayla is one of the best stylist in the company. I have followed her for several years now and can say that she pays very close attention to detail and her customer service is second to none. She has developed a following at every store she ends up at and there is a reason. If you are looking for a stylist, she is excellent. She is in Little Elm the other days, but she will make sure you are satisfied with the cut. She truly cares about making you look your best. She is up on the new styles and trends and of course the classics.

This is one of the best haircutting places in town. The atmosphere is fun and the staff is super kind. The manager Julia is exceptional. She definitely knows how to run a store in a professional manner. I always leave feeling very satisfied and can't wait for my return.

I have gone to this location for over 10 years. Every time I go somewhere else due to a wait or being out of town, I regret it. I have seen stylists and managers come and go and I always end up getting a great haircut and am treated well overall. I have been geting my hair cut by Julia for the past few years and not only is she great with my hair, she also manages the store well. I have zero reason to go anywhere else. Thank you Julia!

Good haircuts, poor corporate policy, poorer management. I got several haircuts here, today was my last time. Sport clips promotes a free trim within a month of your last haircut. I went for my first free trim today. I specified at the desk initially, then more than once with my stylist that I was there for the free trim. The stylist was warm, professional, and did a good job on my hair. The manager, Julia, tried to strong arm me into paying full price. I refused to pay for the trim, citing the company promotion, at which she raised her voice at me and explained, in a condescending tone, what she considered a trim. I stood my ground, and she did not charge me. I'll give her that. If you can keep your head down and don't mind overpaying for haircuts, the stylists have always been good enough for me.
