I've been taking my kids to get their hair cut, at this location, for the last 3 years. Normally, we've had no problems. We always check in online so that we can avoid waiting. You know, it's hard to wait anywhere, for along period of time, with little kids. So, like always, we checked in online today. It said we would have a 21 minute wait, so we didn't leave right away because we live pretty close. When we got here, there was a waiting room full of people..mostly kids. The Customer Wait List had both of my boys at the very top (numbers 1 & 2) because we had checked in so, I let them know we were here. Long story short, we were not called next. In fact, we have been sitting here waiting, for our turn, for over an hour. I finally brought it to their attention and, I guess one of them didn't realize that they needed to complete our check in when we arrived. There are only 2 people working today. Waiting room full of kids and, one of them decides to go outside and smoke for 10 minutes. I get that people need to take a break, but not when you have 4 customers (all under 9 years old) who are waiting to have their hair cut. So, my experience here today has not been a good one. I'm pretty disappointed. I hope that if we decide to come back to this store, the service will be better. I will add that their haircuts came out really good so, I'll give credit where credit's due!
