** HERES AN UPDATE SINCE ITS BEEN TWO MORE MONTHS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY **
6-12-17-- Montanna said she sent the remaining money which is $370 two Friday's ago by apparent money order via mail when we have been using pay pall for the ONE PAYMENT I did get from her eventually for $100. She still won't respond to messages that I have been sending as well as one of her other precious clients and friend of mine in a group message requesting an update on the money... she has been ignoring us for a solid two weeks after she said she ALREADY sent the money via mail when she CLEARLY hasn't. I don't want anyone else to fall into Montanna's trap of lies and games. There is no reason as a business owner and in 2017 where your phone is your source of money that I shouldn't have gotten an answer back from her immediately. Horrible customer service and I will continue to make everyone aware of her bad business practices until she pays me the $370 that I'm due.
Montanna has taken $1000 of my money upfront before service and has yet to provide the service. Due to her "scheduling mix up" and not confirming with me for multiple days up to the day of the rescheduled appointment I decided to cancel because that is NOT how you do business. I told her she can transfer me back my $1000 paid up front or she can ship me the hair I paid for and send me back the rest of the $1000 I paid. She has yet to do either and has been giving me the run around and ignoring any texts that have been sent. I highly recommend you DO NOT use her if you want someone that can confirm appointments with you, not cancel on you, and keep their word.
Montanna I except you to respond to the multiple messages sent I have sent over the past few days with a resolution asap.
