I had an amazing experience. Young did a digital perm for me. I have never done it before. Before going to the appointment, I texted her with questions and she responded and helped me out. During the perm treatment, she did an excellent job of welcoming me and making me feel comfortable. While I waited since it took about 2 hours, she offered me coffee/tea/water and a piece of chocolate. After the appointment and the next several days, I had several questions still to figure out how to style etc. Young responded to my texts and gave me suggestions and advise. See below photos! First day was before and after photos. and the last two photos were the next several days. I will go again when I am in Dallas!

My first time here and it was overall a great experience. Great customer care, and I got the haircut I wanted! This will be the only salon I will be going to from now on :)

I love the way Ms. Young did on my hair. She is the hair stylist that always understand what her customers want! Ms. Young and her staffs are always friendly and professional ❤️ She is getting busy at her schedule and I wish that she can spend more time working on my hair ☺️

Unprofessional. If you want high quality service that you get in LA or Korea please lower your expectations when coming here. Got balayage service and a haircut. Who leaves bleach on a client for more than 3-4 hours in one process? I was at the salon for 7 hours. My hair was fried and fell out in the sink. Luckily I have a lot of hair and after the haircut it wasn’t as noticeable. I understand it’s a family business and working with family could be unpleasant at times. But one thing that bothered me the most is when they assumed I was not Korean and I understood everything they said. Prices seemed fair and I am new to the area but I will never come back.

It was the worst haircut experience in my life. I wish I could give zero star. I made an appointment with her. She didn't cut all of it. She let her son cut my sideburns and back hair. Her son was unprofessional. I got really hurt when he was cutting my back hair. After she cut my top a bit, she let her husband wash. He wash my hair very rudely and dried it unprofessionally. Finally, she charged me $28 in cash which is higher than my friend pays $25 every time. This is my first time being here and it would be the last time as well.
