I went there to get a layered cut with side bangs and to get my hair thinned out. Worst hair cut of my life! I regret it and now I'm wearing my hair up in public until it grows enough to fix it. I haven't gone to fix it because I cut short enough to barely be able to put it in a high pony tail and if I cut it more to try to fix it then it'll be way too short. :( The lady was nice and all no offense to her, but she didn't even cut evenly. I put my hair in a half pony tail at home and the left side of my hair was longer than the right my bf had to even it out! The layers were horrible too, it seems like the only thing she did right was thin it out. $16 you get what you paid for but I recommend Visible Changes in Plano 30 or 40 bucks is worth a good hair cut. Sorry for being harsh but it's the truth.
