I really like this place. Their customer service is a thumbs up. Even though my hair was so thick and puffy, Lisa took her time to make it look like flawless. She also trimmed my split ends evenly. The place is clean, and the staff is responsible and caring. She also told me the products that I have to use as well as other suggestions from her personal experience to get my hair better. I definitely recommend this place for tones of reasons. As a customer, all we want is a friendly staff, clean and welcoming environment, affordable prices, and of course a productive service. This place has everything you need if you meet Lisa or Kiwi. I can’t say anything about the others because I’ve never met them since it was my first day. Give it a shot and you’ll love it!! I love this location. The Manager, Astrid, is awesome, and everyone is super friendly. Besides always getting a great, consistent cut, it's fast and reasonably priced. I'm so glad I found this neighborhood location.

Everyone there is really nice, and it’s not expensive at all. As long as you check in online first then you should be in and out very easily. They don’t push products on you which I definitely dislike. Totally friendly atmosphere

Went in for a trim for my 7 year old daughter. Showed her exactly how much I wanted off which was about an inch. Her hair is curly but not too tight. She looks like she has a mushroom on her head. I was scared to cut it and now I regret it so much. I don’t know if it’s even fixable without going even shorter. I’m just so disappointed:(
