Kayla, 20, NRH Resident A week ago I came to this salon in desperate need of a color correction after a service provided at an Ulta Beauty salon left me with patchy blue hair and was scheduled to receive a service from miss Wynona in hopes of evening out the "patchy" areas and hopefully go blonde. I feared for what the texture of my hair after the services might be like, but miss Wynona patiently spent hours with me carefully using a color extracting product from Pravana to remove the stubborn color from my hair where most stylists would have used bleach to make the process quicker. Wynona was very willing to take measures to ensure the health of my hair. My hair was treated with professional conditioning products between each application of the color remover. The color extracting product went a LONG way in helping remove the color, we needed to use very little bleach! My hair, thanks to Wynona, is the most BEAUTIFUL platinum blonde I have ever been and feels as soft today as it did before her service to me. I have suffered from bleach applications before that left my hair stringy and straw-like, but Wynona was diligent in helping me achieve gorgeous hair and putting as little strain on my hair as possible. I could not be happier with her service and will recommend her to anyone.

Go see PENNI at SmartStyle! BEFORE Penni fixed my hair: I had dark brown hair and wanted a mix of blonde throughout my hair with some of my natural hair showing through. My hair did NOT turn out anything like the picture I showed the first person that did my hair. The blonde I wanted turned out looking orange to me, like a golden honey, which is not blonde. There was none of the color towards the root of my head, the "blonde" was completely uneven and there was a huge brown spot on the back middle of my head that was missed, and ALL of my brown was gone from the middle to bottom of my hair. It looked horrible to me, personally. AFTER Penni did my hair: PERFECT. I absolutely LOVE my hair. She got the perfect blonde I wanted in my hair and incorporated the perfect amount of brown back into my hair. I was worried about going through 2 bleach treatments but she really did a spectacular job on my hair and it looks beautiful and healthy. I definitely recommend her if you want a great color job on your hair or corrective services. She has a ton of experience and really knows what she's doing!!

Penny did a wonderful job cutting my hair, I absolutely love it. She spoke with me about what I was wanting and what look I was going for and then she spoke with me further about what would be best for my neck length and my face shape and she gave me one of the most Amazing haircuts ever! The atmosphere was relaxing and fun and I could not be happier with my hair. I recommend Penny highly.
