She's my favorite braider. I've been coming for a few years. They are always neat and she's always so nice and her staff.

If I was able to give this place a negative star I would. This was my second experience and it was horrid. First of all I cut my hair really short because I'm starting over so I went in for Senaglease twist and was told I needed to get box braids because of the length of my hair and because the twists wouldn't last. I agreed because I wanted something done to my head. But low and behold the very first night I wake up and like 2 braids already out my head. I say ok well I understand. Fast fwd to day 6, I have a total of 12 braids out my head. I call to advise her look you charged me the full price and didn't even tell me to be careful because some might come out, when in all reality they already knew they should've braided them smaller in order for them to stay in. Then she had the nerve to tell me all she can do is put them back in...For What??? So y'all can pull my brains out and the braids come right back out with it...Bad Service and I will Not go back. I even sent her 2 customers from my previous visit. No more of my hard earned money! Waste of money and time. Never Again will they give me Service
