Horrible attitudes from all the employees every time I’ve gone (4 times). DO NOT RECOMMEND. Every stylist seem uncomfortable, annoyed at the customers, and overall uninviting. I’ve come multiple times to the stylist having rollers in their hair or foils in their hair looking angry that their “appointment” was interrupted. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. BAD SERVICE. Never a very good hair cut either.

I went there as a walk in customer and it was 6pm.I know it was an hour before they close and I understand they want to get off on time.Lady came to me not sure if she is the owner but she said i am leaving now and there is only one person and she is helping someone already, come tomorrow.This is the exact sentence she told me.She did not even ask me if i want to wait because they still had one hour and i just needed my hair trimmed. Also, she could have said do you mind coming tomorrow or do you have time tomorrow .just anything but in a polite way would have been great.She did not even say sorry. I said ok thankyou and she did not say anything.

Love the price, my stylist was great but her co-worker had her small 6 years daughter there. She ran around the salon & constantly interrupted conversations with customers. She also had a book that had very loud annoying sounds in the salon washing area for everyone to hear

Had a wonderful experience at Fantastic Sams this morning! Aimee trimmed my hair and did a fantastic job. She was personable and friendly too! Book an appointment with her... she's great! She moved to the area from California in February.

Do not go .. she took 5mins to do a fade and looks awful. No care or worry about making the customer happy. And there was no one waiting.. omg so awful.
