I have never hated a haircut so much in my life! First stylist was great with the color etc. Don't get me wrong the guys personality and customer service was excellent but I just can't cope with what I have done in my head. Instead of gaining my confidence back I went worst! I paid $160 for color, haircut and a $20 dollar treatment I bought me. I will never ever be returning ...

I went to this salon for the first time a few weeks ago with my first daughter for our Mommy day date and to get her new school do... It was such a great experience the salon was clean, hip, and welcoming!! I definitely went back the following week for my youngest daughters turn and since I have been looking for a new stylist for myself I will be booking an appointment asap. Cammie was amazing!!! She was so happy and you can tell she truly loves what she does. She was so great with both my kids and had such great suggestions. She totally made me feel like we were old friends!!

This gem of a salon was recommended to me by a friend. I had been hearing great things and finally decided to give a new stylist/new salon a try. I will say up-front that I wasn't "unhappy" with my hair stylist I had been seeing for quite some time, but I used to live in the Kessler neighborhood for 11 yrs and really just decided to give another local, thriving business down there a chance and try something new. I booked an appointment with ease and arrived promptly at my appointment time. First- the salon is so sleek, stylish, and has a totally hip feel to it when you walk into the storefront. Loved the bar at check- in, the music in the background, the espresso machine, the oversized leather chairs and all of the stylists and employees seemed so happy to be in their element. I had an amazing experience with Jeannine who provided some great feedback and suggestions on cut and color and I was beyond thrilled when I left! I didn't realize the extent of service offerings they provide which I reviewed on their website while I was there, but was even more impressed to find out that they have almost 20 stylists and the place feels so open and comfortable! Before I left, I was asked if I wanted to re-book and schedule another appointment with Jeannine 10 weeks out and I said absolutely!! Awesome experience!

I have found my forever colorist! I go to Kat to get my hair done and she is great. She is very professional and transparent about the prices she charges and really works with what your budget is to achieve the look you want. She’s done my blue hair multiple times and I always get compliments on it everywhere I go!

I have been coming to Craft & Co. for two years now, and I always leave with a smile on my face. Nathan always ensures to work with my hair in the healthiest way, and because of that, my hair is never damaged. Any time I have an idea on what I want done, Nathan works with it and gives me the results I need. My hair has never been happier ! I highly recommend this salon!
