Excellent salon. Came for cuts and consults with Nolan for years before moving to NYC, but struggled so much to find a stylist there that I just decided to fly back to Dallas for my cuts instead. Good vibe, good service, good look.

This "hair lounge" is a complete joke. Disrespected multiple times after coming in with my friend who was getting a haircut. The owner is out of control insinuating he would fight my friend without any reason. The environment is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Lots of eye rolling while customers are talking, as well as blaming poor time management scheduling on the clients as well. Definitely a ZERO star review in regards to customer service/professionalism. When asking to change things about a cut (which is obviously totally normal) the stylist are being rushed by the owner to just get the cut done to move onto the next. The leadership at this so called establishment is controlled by an egocentric owner who feels the need to place his frustrations on the clientele. I'm in complete disbelief/shock from the client disrespect I have observed from walking in the studio on three different days. This type of customer service should not be acceptable. DON'T put yourself through this, and GO somewhere else!

Great little downtown salon. Got me in for an appointment same day and did an excellent job. They don't hard sell products either which I loved!

I have had short hair for 12 years, it is not dyed and overall very simple to style and cut. I came here based on reviews. However, I was charged $57 and walked out with my hair dirty. basically I only paid that amount to have my hair clipped and that is it nothing special, when at Ulta I would have had the same talent and for $45 I would have had a wash, cut, and styled. No need to spend your money at vertigo if you are going to be treated like you went to a cheap salon. There is no special experience there. Spend your money where it will be worth it.

Nasty distasteful greeting upon arriving from the front desk associate. I asked some questions as to the services and she was dismissive and short. I will never give them my money or time.
