Called to make an appointment, lady just picks up the phone and doesn't say anything at all. After I said "hello" she just says "ya?" Very rude. I asked if I could have my hair curled (doesn't matter how, I'm not picky) and she starts accusing me of having fake hair, then mumbling a bunch of things that didn't make since. I try to explain that I am a blonde with medium length hair that would just like It to be curled before my bridal photo shoot. She interrupted me, says "she's booked" and will probably have to refer me out. Weird that "she's booked" when I didn't even give her a date that I wanted to come in (which was in like 2 weeks). It's almost like they didn't want any business. I could easily curl my hair myself but my mom wanted a professional to do it. It's not that hard.
