Would have given 5 stars, but the last 3 times I have gone in, I have had to wait more than 30 minutes. I recently started using the app to check-in online, which is awesome because you can check in at home and you just have to go in maybe 10 minutes before it's actually your time and you just tell them that you check in online and you're ready to go. The last time that I went it said the wait time was 86 minutes, which really only ended up being about 30. I got there about 15 minutes before it was my turn, it was frustrating because there were only 3 people they're doing haircuts oh, and two people we're working on this one little girls hair trying to do something very specific with the little girl's mom hovering over their shoulder. There were people waiting in line that were frustrated as I was watching what was going on because not only were they short- staffed, they were not moving quick enough. When it was my turn, the hairdresser was very polite and apologize for the situation. She did a great job and I was pleased with my overall experience despite what was going on whenever I first got there. If anyone is reading this considering going to Great Clips, I highly suggest downloading the app, filling out your information and checking out online. It's not difficult, it took me maybe five minutes to set up everything. They save your information and I think they keep track of how many haircuts you have and if you get so many you get a coupon or money off or something of that nature. I went in to get a haircut and showed the person that cut my hair the cut that I wanted but I don't think they knew how to cut it because it looked nothing like the pitcher. I was happy with the price for the cut but now I have to get it cut again so it will look more like what I want it to look like. The service is good but they need to have more people that know how to cut hair.

My hair is typically straight, very difficult to cut and very challenging to style so finding a location and a barber that cuts really straight hair has been a challenge for me. The Great Clips at this location does a fantastic job in cutting my hair. Gary is my go to barber. He's friendly and he knows what he is doing. Just tell him what you want and he'll do it with recommendations. The location is very clean and the staff are friendly. I definitely recommend this place for your next haircut and I will definitely return.

My Experiences at This "Great Clips" location has been Very Good! (I don't give 5 stars,Unless Its an Exceptional, Excellent Experience to Remember!) So, Please take in These 3 Factors, that may effect Your Experience here: (1) I'm a Guy that likes to look good w/minimal maintenance: I always get an Easy high-medium high Fade w/about 1/2 an Inch on top to kinda 'spike up' a little messy- Simple 2 to do; (2) There's almost Always Very little-to-No Wait! And Finally (3)Its Fairly Inexpensive(as "Google" likes to Say😜)! For a Basic Haircut like mine(as Described above), Its @ $15! I'm not sure You can Find Good Haircut any Cheaper...? Anyway. I've had Several different Stylists/Barbers and They've always been Professional &Friendly. Also, They do Offer many other Salon type services. Such as,-Shampoo &Conditioning, Coloring, Etc..
