She is so knowledgeable on the chemistry of hair which is essential to get the correct color. She will help you select products or show you how to keep your salon style at home. The salon is so comfortable. Truly an expert and a gem � in El Paso.

Well, the first experience of setting up the appointment for a Bridal Party went smoothly and Claudia was great with working with me because I was the Maid of Honor that lived 9 hours away. When getting to the Salon... there was only 1 person doing hair... 1 person doing makeup and Claudia was going back and forth with hair. Now. At first, everything was going great. First Upset: Then come to find out, she hired someone to do a "trial", so she had her "try" that day with a Brida Party. I'm sorry but that day and Party to "try" on is NOT the day. Second Upset: the girl that was doing her "trial", Claudia thought it would be a smart decision to do my make up, again, not the right day! Mind you... although we had 1 unexpected guest join us, you should have that person be last! NOT the Maid of Honor! Because of doing the hair and make up of the unexpected guest, pushed me to the last because the girl who was a "trial" did an absolutely horrible job on my make up. I had no foundation, my eye brows were not done, my eye shadow looked like a hooker and my eyelashes looked like I was ready for a drag show. Because of me being the last that they had to hurry up and finish... made the Wedding start almost an HOUR late!!!!! I spent over $300 for myself and the bride. Although her makeup artist rushed to get my make up done, I should have been the second to go. What really pissed me off was that Claudia decided to mention... MANY TIMES to the bride, "don't worry, we will get you out of here on time because you're the one that matters." Yes, the bride is #1 priority! However Claudia, do you really think the wedding was going to start without the Maid of Honor? Uh .. NO! The Wedding started an hour late! Get your priorities right when hosting a wedding party. My Aunt, the Mother of the Bride, who use to be a client, is no longer a client anymore because of this mess. I would never recommend this salon to anyone going forward.

Dear Claudia B salon, THANK YOU SO MUCH for beautifying/straightening my hair before my marriage and big/hectic move from TX to Indy. A very belated, but extremely thankful and heartfelt thank you.❤️ Y'all are the best, and sincerely can say one compares to your salon. Your services are top notch. Your salon is one of the few places where someone will walk in and their hair will both LOOK and FEEL 100% more beautiful and healthier, after color services (or any other service). 1. Your split end treatments allowed my hair to grow longer and allowed me to go 6 weeks+ between hair cuts. I saw a major difference in the feel of my ends, which is amazing as I have very curly hair and am very split end prone. Prior to this even after a fresh cut, if I straightened my hair once or twice the split ends return. I saw a huge difference after your treatment and this was no longer an issue. 2. The color correction and balayage with olapex you did on my hair was amazing. I got compliments even a year+ later AND I genuinely felt my hair was healthier and softer walking out of your salon than it was before. I had previously had my hair damaged by another place and you restored and IMPROVED the health of my hair. The dry scalp ointment you custom mix is also amazing. 🌈 I tell everyone about y'all and any ladies near the El Paso area, I HIGHLY recommend Claudia B Salon for any service hair/beauty 🎨 💇🏼💄. You will walk out feeling like a woman in a hair commercial with supermodel hair. You will feel like a queen. 👸🏾The level of quality and talent 👑with your services makes it hard to trust anyone else with your hair, and I wish your company was everywhere! (I would not want to go anywhere else) 😍❤️🤗🙌🏿💋 Thanks again @claudiabsalon and @mercymotivates for blessing El Paso with your talented hands.
