My first visit here was a great experience however my second was a different story. The only available stylist was a male in his mid 20’s. no big deal. I simply told him I was content with my length and that I just wanted a TRIM to remove and split ends and restore my LONG layers (this is essential being that I have curly hair) and to straighten it. he did the total opposite of what I asked he cut my hair really short it is nowhere near the length I had it before. If I had noticed in the salon I would have said something but since I wanted it straightened for an event I had later on that day I couldn’t tell how short he really cut it. He was a very sweet guy but that doesn’t excuse the fact that he messed up my hair completely. I can only hope my hair grows out fast. Wouldn’t recommend this place or better yet the stylist.

Had one of the best experiences here. My stylist was very imformative and explained everything she was going to be doing. I am more than happy with how my hair came out, and definitely will be returning !

BEWARE! HAVE GOOD REASON TO BELIEVE THIEVES AND CON ARTISTS WORK HERE. VERY SAD AND PATHETIC. THIS PLACE MIGHT STEAL YOUR CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD INFORMATION AND THEN CHARGE A BUNCH OF COSMETICS. DISGUSTING!

I actually tried to avoid this place best I could based on reviews...but on Sunday most everything else was closed and I'm on foot as an out of town traveler. I rarely make the effort to give reviews but my experience was OPPOSITE everything I read about here. Lauren cut my hair and was as sweet as could be as well as careful to listen to what I wanted done with my hair. I can speak for the experience others may have had with her coworkers, but my first hand experience was fantastic.

Worst experience in my life, i asked for pixie cut and she ruined my hair now i have to go somewhere else to try fix it. Wouldn’t recomd anyone to go there
