Had a facial here for the first time with Leyla for my birthday. It was a very pleasant experience and she asked a lot of questions and also gave me some samples at the end. Highly recommend .

Always a mess. Broken makeup, not stalked, empty boxes (where people have obviously shoplifted), or the staff was just too lazy to pull out more product. Horrendous. Hot mess. Joe battle or Sunland Park wayyyy better! Clean it up Gateway!

Staff was very helpful. I was a little new to some of the products and they looked then up, found it and instructed me on how to use it.. highly recommended.

Very disappointed with the lack NO sense of urgency from the cashiers. I understand it’s the holidays and the employees might work longer hours than usual. To have that sad, drippy and frustrated look on their faces because they are tire of cashing people out, then ask for a break or don’t work long hours. It makes the consumer not to go back and shop. There is no suggestive selling I asked what was the gift boxes behind the cashier bcuz I’m looking for a secret Santa gift. The cashier with the dropping, sleepy green eyes NEVER took the time to show me the gift box even though I asked her what it was to see if I could buy it. She just wanted to cash me out and get on with the next customer. VERY VERT DISSATISFIED!!!!!!
