Worst shop I've been to. The owner seems nice at time and then rude when she wants to be. Simply felt uncomfortable there.

I have looked for a long time for a beauty professional who does excellent work without charging an arm and a leg. Arlene is the one! She does beautiful work and the prices are very reasonable. She cut and colored my hair and I received numerous compliments. She did my gel nails today and they are absolutely beautiful. The shop is clean and professional and everyone is pleasant.

Aida (stylist) is excellent, professional friendly and excellent at her work. Her staff are very polite and nice. The shop is beautifully designed! Aida was a life saver for me! She did not give me the run around when I finally found someone here in El Paso who would do African American hair. I love Heaven. My hair was breaking and coming out.I have thin hair and needed extra care. She has done wonders and gave me excellent advise on how to take care of my hair inbetween visits!
