Customer is not acknowledged upon arrival. Don’t bother showing up without appointment. It says walk-in, but they won’t honor that. Two gentlemen stylists where done and they ignored us. Finally, one said he had someone ahead of me, ok fine, I asked about the other stylist and he was disdainful and saying waiting for someone. I said nevermind and went next door where. Service was wonderful.

The owner behind the counter left my niece's hair looking stringy and just bad after asking for layers. She brushed the hair out while it was dry making it look puffy so I couldn't tell how it actually looked until I got home. I returned to have it fixed (didn't even ask for a refund and was ready to tip whoever fixed it btw) and she got defensive and dismissive. Luckily there was another worker there who helped us, but the owner kept insisting that once it was styled with heat it would look much better. My niece is only 12 years old and shouldn't a good haircut look decent even on someone's natural hair. I had even tipped her and didn't come in insulting her, but she still got defensive and rude. Won't be coming back.

Loved this place went in for a haircut for myself and a haircut for my daughter (blower and style) and they did an excellent job. Will be going back, also affordable prices.

I'm really looking forward to this review. This Salon was magnificent, I believe the lady's name was Elizabeth not only did she do a great job with my mom's hair but went above and beyond assisting my mom with Alzhiemers. She helped her in every way, her patiance was out this world. I would like to thank her again for the great job she did on my mom's hair, her patience, assistance and understanding. These are the kinds of businesses we need to see more of. 5 stars. If I could I would give more. Thank you again.
