Fern is great! Everyone there is very professional. The place is very clean and organized. And they're not pushy on the sales of their beauty products yes.

Made an appointment two days in advance. When i called i asked the gentleman who answered (Thursday, March 16 at 6:26pm) if they did updos and he said no. He said they could do something simple like curl the hair and leave it down but pin it to the side. I said great and that it was for my boyfriend's daughter because she was going to have her birtday picture taken professionally. He made the appointment for Saturday. My boyfriend shows up with his daughter on that day and they tell him they don't style hair and that they were too busy to take her in anyway! What was the 1pm appointment for then??? And why was i told that they could style her hair and that it would be $25???? The hairstyle she picked out was more simple than the style this man described over the phone and her hair is medium length and thin so time shouldn't have been an issue!

Terrible. Went in for a solid color change, redness removal and left with RED dye in my hair and random bleached highlights. Owner promised to fix it free of charge. Went in again (hoping) for a better result. Left with more bleached hair and red roots. Terrible service all around. Not once did they try to aim for what I had originally asked for. I even showed them a picture and they still could not deliver. 0/10, would NEVER go back or recommend to a friend. The only upside is they did not charge me for my troubles: they damaged and ruined my hair for free.
