Service can be really hit or miss at this location. I will get a stylist who does an amazing job one visit and then the next couple of visits will be not so good. Usually it's something that you don't notice until you get home too. Some of the other reviews mentioned attention to detail, and that is exactly what it is. I could drive a little further down the road and pay a few bucks less, so I expect a little more attention to detail for the price. Sometimes a fade line is off, or they leave a few long hairs, or the clipper job is not on point. The good things about this location are that the wait times are usually very low, although this might have something to do with the attention to detail issue if they're just getting people in and out as quickly as they can. Also, the staff has been very nice and friendly, and that is the main reason I keep going.

Kihla knows her stuff! If you need a great men’s cut see her! My son has difficult coarse hair That he likes to keep short - she knew just how to blend it with the clippers. Great job💯

Kihla and Lucie have been very professional and very helpful. I have never had a bad haircut at the bailey Boswell location. Very enjoyable experience and I'm a customer for life.

Been coming here since they opened. Lucy cuts my hair and always has me leaving looking nice and clean. Great personality as well. Nice job

If 0 stars were an option I would leave 0 for this great clips location on Bailey Boswell in front of the new Kroger in Saginaw. My husband and boys went in for a haircut before the holiday. Three of the worst haircuts they’ve ever had. My son asked for a line on his haircut and was given a thick sloppy line almost at the top of his head. I don’t even know what they were thinking by doing this. My other son was cut on his ear and when he said anything was told by the stylist that he would be fine. My husbands hair cut was horrible as well with uneven patches cut in his head. When I knew right away about the first bad haircut I called in and said how could they do that to him and asked for a refund. They said they would need to see my sons head to identify if it was a bad haircut or not, which was very insulting. Once I knew of my second sons ear being cut and my husbands, I called in again and said i would like a refund on their cuts as well. I was again asked for them to go back to the store so they could verify if his ear had been cut or not, really?? I’m all about giving someone the benefit of the doubt and try again, but unfortunately this was the second bad visit we had. The first visit was after school when we did online check in with a wait of 15 minutes (which would take the time to drive to their location). Once I got there, I still had to wait another 25 minutes. I was told next time to come right after school. (Again which I did) . I have been spending more at the sport clips next door and enjoyed their service and perfect haircuts on my boys. I will Never go back to great clips or recommend them to any friends or family. P.S. I have yet to receive full refund on these haircuts and we are a week and a half after our visit.
