POOR WAX JOB/ POOR OWNER SERVICE

First time to this shop- I had an appt with joanie at 1 p.m. for an eye wax job. She ruined the shape of one brow, making it severely arched, and the 2nd one was shortened. The estitician attempted to correct it. However, she tinted the brow, and it made me look like a clown. The owner did nothing to attempt to correct the situation. L I had to go to another shop, European on Camp Bowie, who stated that I needed to wait for the hair to regrow, which could take up to 4 weeks. I would then need to go back to european for them to reshape my brows. I start a new job on monday and I am so embarrassed about my look. I also had a hair appointment at Hair on the Common, which didn't happen. I start a new job on Monday and I'm completely embarrassed- shitty wax job and no hair service. First time to go to this salon, loved the receptionist they have very positive and bright energies! My hair stylists Maureen is a new addition to this salon and is starting at this location. Shes awsome and loved my service. She cuts kids hair and did an amazing job on both of my boys! Those who helped me during my visit were amazing and will be returning!!!

I had such an amazing experience here the staff is so welcoming they made me feel very comfortable and they make you feel like the center of attention. I really recommend this salon to anybody I 100% approve I will definitely be going back !!!!

This establishment is awesome I had to go to wedding in Texas I flew in from California so was very nervous for looking for a place to get my nails done and to my surprise I found this salon that had it all they have everything here it is so convenient I ended up getting everything done here nails,hair,wax and lashes I didn’t have to go from place to place it was all in one stop I am so thankful I looked fabulous every one was complimenting me thank you hair on the common !!!!!

This is an amazing establishment I seen on their website there is a lot of positive feed back so I did a walk in and they are very helpful I really do recommend this salon!!!!! Will be coming back!!!!
