I have gone here for years but the last 2 visits are definitely the last. Last time they were really busy so I forgave the rudeness though the lady did not give the haircut I showed her, I ended up liking it. Today i went in and they had no customers, they said 30 min wait. I waited, not 30 min, but they had no customers. When the stylist spoke to me it was to tell me it would be a while longer. So I left and will go somewhere else. I know I didn't have an appointment but really? No customers and you lost one.

Good place if you want to get a quick haircut but be careful because some do not know how to cut hair came out looking like a spiky critter thank God hair grows back

Made my appointment to weeks ahead of time just to be sure. I arrive and have to wait indefinitely while my hairdresser worked on two other customers one of which is was not even hers. Only one knowledgeable hairdresser there. Needless to say I never got my haircut and won’t go back.
