Excellent service, amazing hair cuts, and great atmosphere here. The only thing I have a complaint with is the cleanliness. This place could use a good once over from time to time. The dust was only the tip of the iceberg. The worn out, dirty, stained rag that was used on my face during my benchmark treatment was a bit much. Bathroom was a complete mess at 10AM. I'd say a decent cleaning service and some new towels would go a looooong way here. Hope when I return in a month things have changed.

I decided to try out The Boardroom because I needed a high-quality scissor haircut. After spending 30 mins reading online reviews, I went ahead and booked an appointment online. As I entered the I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. My appointment started right on time, and I booked an Express Haircut with Christina V. She was very friendly and professional throughout the process. I normally spend about $30 on a haircut, so stepping up to $57 was intimidating only because I didn't want to be disappointed. She asked what kind of cut I wanted, and as I explained it to her, it seemed as if she was only half listening while she shifted my hair around. So I stopped rambling on so that she could start. The end product was EXACTLY what I had requested, and after my shampoo, she made sure with one final check that everything looked right and that I was satisfied with it. I will definitely return, and maybe I'll try The Benchmark Haircut experience. Side note, the process may feel a bit rushed, but keep in mind that they have quite a bit to do within your 30 min appt all while making sure that you are happy heading out the door. Fantastic job! This place is horrible the manager Ashley is not hospitable at all I was interviewed there for a job only to be challenged by some guy there that felt threatened by me when I came in there to do my practical. The manager is a liar and is messy I wouldn’t even bring my dog to get a haircut here as they are only worried about how fast you can do a 45 minute haircut in 15 minutes there are better barbers out here other than this wannabe barbershop they aren’t experienced in the barbershop experience they even try to overcharge you with bogus memberships and hair products that only dries your hair out and damage it. If you’re looking to get a real haircut by a real barber go to a barbershop not a salon that is trying to imitate one.

Love going there on a regular basis, their memberships really give you options, and the staff are incredibly professional. Ashley is running a great organization. Stephanie is a top-notch stylist.

I am in the process of moving to this area and I was looking for a place that could get me in quickly as I was only in town for a few more hours I called and set up an appointment for the same day. A friend of mine gets his haircut here and it always looks great he recommended Stephanie as a stylist and I couldn’t be more impressed with her overall. Everyone is very welcoming and professional. The manager Ashley was very helpful in explaining their services and just a pleasure to speak to I will definitely be recommending this place and signing up for their yearly membership once I’m permanently living here.
