I have been a loyal customer of TGF for several years. I normally go to the Houston locations but since I was traveling I stopped in to this location get a quick cut. The stylist I had seemed annoyed when I first came in and I waited for 45 minutes for a haircut. When I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted, she mumbled under her breath, "That's going to take a long time" even though it was 3-4 inches off. After I sat down, she sprayed my hair down with water and product and in the process soaked my entire face and neck. There was water running down the back of my shirt as I was getting my hair cut. She cut it way shorter than the picture, and it wouldn't have been a huge deal to me except that I'm getting married in four months so this cut was kind of important. Once she cut it to be all one length, I asked if she could add some long layers because my hair is very thick. She said, "Well, I can do it, but it will look choppy." Every time I have gone to TGF for this same haircut they have done long layers and it has looked wonderful. I didn't trust her to do layers if she said they were going to be choppy so I just left after she cut it all one length. She didn't even attempt to dry my hair even a little bit, so I walked out of the salon dripping all over the floor. I'm highly disappointed in the service. I'm going to get layers put in at another salon where I hope to get better service and a better haircut. I will not be returning to this location.

I called & made an appointment with Lea because I saw a great previous review for her. My main purpose for this appointment was if I had enough hair to donate, but coloring it after cutting. Lea did an awesome job cutting my hair exactly to the specifications described on the form for “Children’ With Hair Loss”. I brought in a picture of a haircut & style I liked & it turned out better than I could ever imagine.

I went to TGF today very nervous about getting an impulsive haircut and Lea took such great care of me. I've never had such a great experience with a hairdresser making me feel comfortable and look amazing! i went from long dead flat hair to a cute short cut that I am in love with. She is a sweetheart and I would highly recommend her to ANYONE. I went in asking for a certain hairdresser that I had seen good reviews about and ended up with Lea who I'm very surprised doesn't have more reviews on here for. Y'all go get a chop from her, you won't regret it!!!!

I came in on Memorial Day and asked for my hair a certain way I even took the pic and showed it up Kimberly and asked if she can do this job on pic . She agreed . I wait until she was available to do my hair . She seem that it bothers her to do people hair . She completed the job after hours and the hair was dark with red highlights ! That’s obviously not what I asked for . I didn’t make a big deal because I like to keep it professional . I let her know I was not satisfied and got scheduled to come back . She was horrible when I came back rude arguing like I’m not here to argue I’m here to get my hair fix . She was obviously upset that I came back to get my hair re done since she did a very poor job . I am in the process of getting my money back I spoke to area leader of that hair salon which took care of this issue very professional . But employees like Kimberly unprofessional and rude makes clients not ever come back . I won’t be surprise if they loose customers because of people like that lady . I went to smart cuts and the service was way different .. patience and made me feel comfortable. Btw I left that day with my back shirt soak and wet . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Love this salon! I travel from Houston to get my kids and my self hair done by Lea. She is Great at what she do.👍 I recommend anyone to go to this TGF to get your head done. Thanks Lea
