I have been coming to this salon for about 5 years now. I had the absolute worst experience yesterday and that was the final straw for me. I booked an appointment for 10:30am to touch up my highlights and get a trim. When I arrived my hair stylist that again I made an appointment with was highlighting someone else hair. I was not late, I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment. The receptionist gave me the excuse that she took a walk in. So I guess the people who make appointments do not matter. My hair stylist did not start on my hair until 11:15am. I was patient because I needed to get my hair done and I had taken a half day from work. I was at the Salon from 10:25am until 2:30pm. It is ridiculous that it took 4 hours to do my hair when it usually only takes 2. If a customer makes an appointment you should honor it. At no point was I offered anything to drink. The owner did not even come by to apologize for the delay. I really love they way my hair stylist does my hair but after my experience yesterday I will not be returning. If you need to get your hair done and have all day to waste this is the place to come.

Love this salon‼️ Staff is super professional, all services are fantastic and their fees are very affordable 💇🏻💆🏻💇🏻‍♂️💆🏻‍♂️💅🏼... I actually drive across town to get my hair color touched up at Modern Salon every three weeks👍🏼

Been going to Hannah over 7 years I love this salon and I love her the quality of work is great every time I go she does something different there's always a unique technique and look. always super happy when I leave I'll never go anywhere else!!!
