Very unprofessional, the older light skin lady had me wait 2 hours after I called ahead of time for appointment. Once she got there she had an attitude. Didn't. Do my hair the way I told her 2. She also had another customer come in and her braids fell out. For me my braids lasted 3 days the front and back came out. And if you have to use the rest room beware its almost look like they live there stinky smell and roaches ...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

She got us in and out pretty quickly but the style didnt last 1 week and my daughters hair was done pretty sloppy. She used too much hair gel on 4 jumbo cornrows.

My first visit to salon was amazing. I love it I felt like a family we talked and I think that I will be going here from now on. the lady is a harding woman she inspired me because she worked and still attended to her children. that is the definition of a strong woman.
