Thought I would give Fantastic Sams another try since Keely moved back home. After reading all the review about Michelle, I had called and made an appointment. Upon arrival, Michelle seemed very put off to cut my 6 year olds hair. (This must not have been the same Michelle as in the reviews.) Her tools were not clean. She oiled her clippers before putting them in my sons hair. She was rude when my son covered his ears when she used the blow dryer. My son had hair clippings all over him. I asked if she could use baby powder to wipe off all the loose hairs. She poured it on the back of his neck and shirt. I will definitely NOT return because of Michelle!

Bree, Nancy and Trinee are the best beautician you will find anywhere! Walked in, waited about 20 min, and it was worth the wait!! I actually let Bree decide what to do with my hair and love the outcome!! They are very nice, the place is new and contemporary and VERY clean!! Plenty parking and their other customers were willing to wait or schedule for another time!! This is a DEFINITE recommend!!

My Mom and I both come here for our haircuts and style services. Keely and Melinda take great care of us. Amazing skills and talent. Super friendly and professional services. The salon is very clean and modern. We got plenty of tips how to take care of our hairs properly at home and we got great products from there too. Highly recommended and this is our go to hair salon in Katy.
