I've had best experience with Jessica today as 21st Feb. Even it's my 1st visit, She's not just hear what I said, she listens WHAT I wanted and have done BETTER than what I expected for my hair. She perm my hair special way bcz it was cut too short at somewhere else and fixed it perfectly for me. Highly recommend her services. Plus her whole team worked well 2gter from greeting me when I walked in to walked me out of door when I'm done . Friendly and professional. Very happy with my new hairstyle!!!

I have been going to Jessica since 2011 for my digital perms (I think a total of 5 times now?) She is so sweet and friendly, and each time I leave my hair looks gorgeous. The digital perm involves lots of waiting so i usually spend over 4 hours there, so i bring a book, water, and snack. But Jessica always offers to make me coffee or to send someone out to get food if I want to order something nearby. I'm headed there again tomorrow for the first time in a year... I'm sure I'll leave as a thrilled client, as usual. ♡

Best salon that I have visited in Houston! Amazing service from entire staff and just had the best digital perm ever. Warm, clean, and welcoming environment. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Jessica is very creative and talented, as well as Eric and others. Every client that visited left with great looking hair! A definite must try!

I had a good experience at Jessica Hair. Jessica was originally scheduled to do my perm, but was unavailable, so instead Kathleen did my hair. The whole process was immensely enjoyable! I've had my hair permed several times before. Background on my hair: I'm a white dude with super soft hair that mainly goes flat against my head. It has zero volume whatsoever. So I do perms to give my hair a fuller feeling. If you need a perm, ask Kathleen. She is really helpful and kind. She makes sure you are comfortable. Her shampoos are out of this world! I almost fell asleep because they are so relaxing. The only downside to getting a perm from Kathleen is that she is not a stylist, so she can't cut your hair. Frankie cut my hair and did a great job. My only complaint was that I was in the salon for nearly four hours. In the future, I wont make plans for half the day when I schedule an appointment. I made my friend wait forever!!
