Professional, quality service. Staff are very knowledgeable about natural hair care and maintenance. Prices are reasonable. Limited parking in front of the business. However there is additional parking within walking distance.

Uptown class with a downtown vibe! You will be pampered from tip to toe in a stylish atmosphere by friendly staff. New venue spaces available for special occasions. Their line of Earths Nectar for personal care always outperform similar products.

I really like this place. The stylists are usually very professional and I love the way they handle my hair. Very light handed and gentle with natural hair. They have a standard method for the washing, conditioning, and blowing out that every stylist seems to be well versed in. However, they need to make sure all stylist are well versed in the process of detangling, washing, blowing out because the stylist who did my hair this last time was not. Therefore, 4 stars. I mean, giving me a wash and condition before detangling my recently braided hair was a definite no no. Anyway, next time I'll make sure to stick to the two stylists that I usually schedule with.

My first time as a customer. I called the shop and stated everything I needed done to my hair. I get to the shop and I'm greeted by the lady in the front which was nice. I was then greeted by the hair stylist i believe is Courtney and she just didn't have the customer service vibe that you should have for any customer especially a new one. I was taken to her area where she said she will be right after. She came back stating that she didn't know I needed to take down my hair which I did tell the lady who took down my appt. Courtney then went on to say there's a $15 take down charge and she wouldn't be able to trim or re-braid due to time. This salon isn't close to me and taking away services that I scheduled myself for, left me no choice but to leave. The lack of communication and the lack of customer service was definitely not here and a reason I will not be back.

The owners know hair. They are the best in the world. I trust them no matter what I decide to do with my hair. Hospitality is 1st nature. They will teach you to do it yourself - they aren't threatened to share and spread knowledge. Just plain old good people.
