Unfortunately my son had a butchering of his hair after getting his hair cut for 45 minutes! Had to go to another Great Clips at Alianna to get it repaired. Hope this hair stylist gets over her nervousness. It will keep us from going to this location for a very long while.

I used to recommend this location all the time. However, my past two visits have proven that I will not recommended this location but rather tell others to avoid it. My second to last visit I took my son and while I didn’t see it happen, as I was getting my hair cut across the way, after he was complaining that the lady was very rough, jerking his head around and poked him multiple times with the trimmer. It wasn’t until we got home did I notice around his hair line was very red. On the last visit I was by myself and got my hair cut and wasn’t until I walked outside did I notice that the lady had not trimmed my left sideburn and above my ear. So I walked right back into the shop and spoke to the lady that just cut my hair and checked me out as she was still at the register. I told her I noticed there was a spot missed and asked if she could touch it up. She told me that she would have to charge me for a neck trim which was $5. When I told her that I just got my hair cut and showed her the receipt. She told me that was her policy no exceptions. I am disappointed that the customer service has deteriorated so much as this was the closest to my house and very convenient. Now I will drive out of my way to go to another location.

I got probably the worst haircut in my life. My hair dresser was an Asian guy who didn't speak any good English. He didn't understand what I was saying. He acted like he understood. He had the information on the system from my previous haircut and just tried to do it his way, despite I was asking him to keep my hair "not too short" he went really short. Also he has issues with personal space. I would be really suprised if he has a license.

Good haircut. I've come to this place with my 10 yo son for the last 6 months. I think they provide a good service. You can get in line through their website to avoid wait time, they save your hair cut preference so you don't have to explain again what you want. The stylists are courteous and professional. I'd give the 5th star if they added a quick hair wash to finish up the cut. I'd recommend this place.
