I had such a good experience at this salon last weekend. I have not been to visible changes in a long time. Had a terrible haircut at another location and needed a haircut correction. Decided to trust in Amanda and she totally turned something wrong into something right. I love my hair now. She is so nice and a great hairstylist. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend Amanda!

Lisa is the best! I came in with a terrible bob haircut. Lisa took the time to look at the pictures I had and to understand what I really wanted with my haircut. She cared enough to even understand the cultural background I was coming from. I receive so many complements on the layered bob she gave me. My hair styles itself once it dries! I love the cut! I highly recommend Lisa!

I made reservations for one of the lower level artists to do my hair on NYE. All I wanted was some curls. Every Visible Changes I have ever been to charges $20 for this service. I went to my appointment and thought all was fine until I went to pay and they charged me $45 at this location! I was in shock because it took the lady ten-fifteen minutes on my hair. I could've done the same with rollers. When I asked to speak to a manger she explained they had to put me with one of their "higher" level artist because they were low on staff. I wish someone would've informed me of this instead of taking it upon themselves to rip me off. Whoever the staff was that day definitely needs a pep talk on customer service.

Had the worst experience at visible changes!!!! went in yesterday to get outgrown blonde hair retouch to Balayage but as you can see they messed up my hair... then they apply a toner to my blonde bleach hair and it turned out Gray .Talked to the manager is she said it look good !!really? me thinking it's visible changes I expected professional ppl to know what they doing. It really sux because I have to get it fix somewhere else, pay more money plus I flushed 150 down the toilet just to get a messED up retouch + ugly toner at visible changes. very dissapointed!!!2nd PICTURE IS HOW THE WAY THEY LEFT IT!!!!!
