I tried to take my daughter for a haircut today& the owner lady did NOT know I understood Spanish. She’s very rude & was making comments saying “her hair was a major disaster”, making my daughter feel so uncomfortable telling her WHOLE salon & OTHER customers repeatedly comments about my daughters hair. So unprofessional will never recommend this place to anyone! She doesn’t even deserve this one star.

They gave me an ugly hair cut. Ive seen the other work. All ugly !!!!! Sorry NOT sorry. I at first thought wow she seems like she is really good. I made a huge mistake.. . I even gave them a second chance to do a leave in conditioner in my hair. It was even worse than them cutting my hair. The girl was burning my hair while drying it . I watched a girl getting their hair done. It was the ugliest work I've ever seen. I mean two chances and they blew it ! They also cut my hair very bad I mean very bad to her my own friend made it much uglier !!!!!!!! They cut my long hair and made me look ugly walking out . Do not go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes I been here twice !!!! Horrible. All work is ugly I seen it and it's terrible. I would fire them all .

Awesome employees they do the best botox for your hair they wash, cut, style, color, ect, ect, your hair try it you won't regret it 👍

I love this place! I've been coming here for about 9 years and Bertha never fails me and my mother. She will be really honest with you if your hair can't handle the heat. Take her advice she knows best I promise. Be prepared, depending on the service you're getting it will take hours and she has a lot of customers that only want her to do their hair. I even bring my daughter for her haircuts❤ And yes it's a bit pricey but I've never walked out of their unhappy.

I've been getting my hair done at bertys for 4 years now and I love her. She gives you great recommendations and if you show her a picture of what you want your hair to look like she will get it done. I went to her when I saw her work on one of my customers and she gave me bertys phone number. Best investment I ever did. The process will take a while but she is very thorough and will get every strand of hair.
