Update: I am moving my review to 5 stars. Asifa reached out to me and offered to fix my color since I was not 100% satisfied. I was so touched. The new color is amazing and suits me so well. The customer service here is fantastic. I 100% recommend this salon. Thank you so much for everything! The people are very sweet. However, I have to give 3 stars because my color was completely different. I didn’t want to be red and it turned out redder than I have ever had it. She did say she couldn’t help it because I have used box color in the past. However, it was over a year since I had done anything to it before I went into this salon. I would at least think the natural color would have matched the color I wanted. Anyways, I think the staff is nice and the place is really clean. Just disappointed that I am going to have to go get it fixed.

If your favorite stylist isn't in just WAIT on the haircut. I went in today (7/28 at 1pm) to a different stylist than usual to get my daughters bangs trimmed and the woman seriously textured her straight bangs completely jagged. It looks horrible and I was still charged even when I was not happy with the cut! She cut my kids bangs DRY and without even adjusting her chair to a correct height. I am so upset. This place is usually so good. I tried posting a photo but it won't allow it. Be careful!

Is oblivious to people waiting , “Gives preferential treatment to a certain population”. As soon as a preferred Customer walks in, they forget about who is waiting. Owner will say that certain clients have an “appointment”, not true! If a client has an appointment why would they sit for 5 mins? I was waiting for nearly 20 mins and this other party got preferential treatment. Don’t listen to the reply of this salon. They will never think they are wrong. This mistreatment was undeniably wrong, wrong, wrong! So sad to see this happening especially in this day and age. I had been going there for 2 years, I will never step foot in this salon ever, ever again.

Holy grail for eyebrow threading and facials! All of the ladies are great! In my opinion, P is the best!!

Today was my second time to come back for a facial and they are wonderful and relaxing. Asifa does a thorough assessment of your skin to determine which one is best for you and all of the products she uses are organic. My skin is always calm and smooth afterwards and these are now going to become a monthly self care routine. Asifa also does an incredible job with eyebrow threading and is very meticulous and takes her time. The salon is the cleanest I have ever been to which is something I always appreciate. I am very happy to be supporting a female owned and operated business. So do something nice for yourself, try their services and tip kindly. :)
