This place has terrible customer service and management. We got here early today and they weren’t open yet so I went to Starbucks with my girlfriend and then To my apartment to do some cleaning. We came back downstairs to get my wallet from the car for a haircut and lo and behold my car was towed. Turns out the manager had called and got the car towed because according to the girl who was working there, any car parked there that’s before 8:00 am exactly will be towed unless you were physically in the store. So basically their policy is if you get there at, say, 7:50 for an 8 o clock appointment, you will be towed. So what, should I have just driven in circles until 8, parked my car, and sprinted to make sure I got into the store before my car gets towed? Is that ridiculous or what. And I realize there is a sign saying that the parking lot is for customers only, but no where does it say a time frame, like the girl said there supposedly was. And we were customers who just happened to get there early. And the girl we spoke to on the phone was not helpful at all when we tried to explain that we were there with the intent of being paying customers, and that we have been there for years now. She just kept repeating that we are “false”, “wrong”, and that she will not argue with us. She was not apologetic, polite, or professional in any way. We tried to talk to the manager but she kept saying that the manager wasn’t there and would be back in 15 minutes. So we called in 15 minutes and, guess what, she changed the answer to “ actually she will be back in another 20 minutes”. And to make matters worse, I know for a fact that I was not the only car there that was parked before 8, and none of them were towed. We will never return to this business ever again, my girlfriend who comes her for haircuts will not return either, and all of my family and friends will hear about how awful this place is, and they will be losing business for being petty.

I am so upset with my haircut. Adrienne was super sweet and got myself and my grandmother in quickly, however my haircut looks ridiculous. I asked for long layers with texturing at the bottom. I got the layers, however there is a whole section of my hair that seems to be missing everything except the top layer. Also, the bottom of my hair is cut so wavy, it looks like I gave scissors to a child to cut it! I unfortunately didn’t see how terrible my hair looked in the store, otherwise I would have said something. I want to cry it looks so bad!

Butchered my hair. Mary (I think) shaved my undercut today and couldn’t help but to tell me how uneven and badly it was done, keep in mind she is the one that did it about 6 months ago. I usually go to a barber shop for it but they’re closed today. I asked for a hard line all the way around my head and she told me it would look horrible and refused to do it. Ummm it’s MY HAIR. So I got a shave and 2 lines and left. I took my hair down in the parking lot only to find she had cut a large portion of my long hair that I had up in a bun. VERY disappointed and will never return. I specifically told her to be careful where my 3 foot long hair meets the shaved part. She did not listen and now I’m missing $17 and a chunk of my beloved hair.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my haircut or styled! I know it’s known for haircuts but the ladies here do an amazing job styling and for a third of the price of anywhere else in town. They’re online check in process is super easy no waiting and great customer service. Really can’t say enough good things about this place!
