I can't say enough positive about this salon! I usually hate going to most salons, but everyone at Mr. Tom's is just wonderful! You will feel at ease and right at home as soon as you walk through the door. It is so refreshing to be in a place where everyone seems to enjoy what they are doing, and is very good at it...from answering the phone and shampooing, to cutting, coloring, or styling. You will love the customer service! I have thin, fine hair that most stylists hate dealing with and usually complain about....none of that happens at Mr. Toms. Kay is an absolute genius with my hair! When I leave her chair, I have a great looking cut that I can do into multiple styles and I feel confident that my hair looks it's best.

My daughter and I walked in for shampoo and hair cuts. No appointments. Very friendly receptionist. We got right in with Stephanie and Ashlyn being our stylists. They were friendly, funny, personable and great to talk with. They listened to just how we wanted our hair and both turned out just how we wanted it. Great staff!! We had a fabulous experience! And the price was well worth our experience and still reasonable !!

Pat is wonderful ! She can style my long, thick hair perfectly ! Prices are great, hard to find in Lubbock ,someone that is quick and professional and reasonable at price. She is talented !

One word...very pleased with the whole experience!! My first time with this salon and Kay was my hairdresser. Such a nice lady and totally experienced with all types of hair and styles. She is amazing!! My hair is short and fine and she did wonders with it. I love the color and the cut! She cut and colored my hair about 2 weeks ago and it just falls into place when I fix it myself now. That never happened before. Awesome!!
