Son hair cut.

Took my son to fantastic Sams in boerne. He wanted to dye his hair a darker shade. Autumn was GREAT. Very patient and gave my son options for the right shade. His hair turned out great. Looks natural. We love. I will be going back for my hair color. Very friendly staff.

I've been here a half a dozen times in the last year at each time I walk in there is nothing friendly or nothing courteous about the staff. They look at you when you walk in like oh my gosh here comes another person. No greeting no nothing will be with you in just a moment. I will never make another attempt to come to this place. As far as I'm concerned no professionalism, no attempt to attempt to professional! I usually don't write reviews but this place is pathetic!

Did you know that deep conditioning the hair once a week can actually stimulate hair growth. Deep conditioning can also tame hair that is unruly. dry and brittle. It's the one service that is the least expensive and can provide the hair with much needed nourishment. So, when one says" No amount of Deep Conditioning does a thin." they obviously has not tried it.

Had a perm a few weeks ago, it is just horrible. Back of hair is ok, front, sides are dry and frizzy. No amount of deep conditioning does a thing. Cut is horrible, perm and cut do not go together. It's been a lot of years since I've had such a bad experience. Had perms at Sam's before and they were never like this. I hate it, hate it.
