Got my sons first haircut here. The chairs were dirty and old every single one of them had hair on it from the previous customer. Didnt clean it till i had to ask. My sons hair was completely uneven and i couldnt tell because it was wet when we left but when it dried i noticed. Called the next day asking for a refund but they told me i had to come when the owner is there from 11-12 am so i can show her the haircut and then see what she "thinks". So basically i have to go out of my way to make it here between 11-12 am so i can prove the haircut was horrible just to get my money back?? So no one else can give me my refund except the owner?? Never going here again. You can do it your self at home it will probably come out looking the same anyway. Also the time they told me to call back they never answered. -10 stars for sure.

It was our first time coming here, my 2 daughters had haircuts and of them had her first haircut ever. Customer service is above and beyond, staff is super friendly and we absolutely loved it!! Thanks Sam, my little rockstar is sooo happy with her hair!!

Had my daughter and sons haircut with Sam today. It was the first time my son sort of cooperated so we were excited about that. I genuinely think they do the best they can. My son is typically incredibly uncooperative when getting a haircut so we don’t expect his hair to ever be perfect. It came out great today and we were very happy with the service. We will definitely be back and support their business. Thank you!

The Menu prices are incorrect. Kids got a haircut... no washing, drying.. just a boys haircut with clippers and I was charged 23$ not 18.95$ as menu says. Adding insult to this, all three kids hair is uneven, one much worse than the others. The hair is still over his ears, on his neck and in his eyes after telling stylist multiple times I wanted the hair above his ears, out of his eyes and off his neck. His bangs look like he cut them they are so uneven. When I asked for shorter I was told "It looks fine, its good" by the stylist. Other two boys have very uneven bangs as well, tho at least hair is off their ears. He didn't use their natural part but made his own so the hair doesn't fall right. Overall, these back to school haircuts are awful and I should of just gone elsewhere. We wont be back.

I give this place a 5*, because of the atmosphere , cleanness and most of all the staff was SUPER amazing. My grandson loved his haircut and my daughter loved her hair do, thank you all. Over all it was excellent service!
