Barely cut my hair...i said several times, been a while since had hair cut. Wanted layered and some length removed. Been going Cost Cutters, for years. Third time, this location. ..thought they kept records. Can't afford get cut so very disappointed still have so much length. No response to curl iron cause hair thin and still too long.

Mary and Ashley are awesome! For the last 3 years, we (myself and 3 boys) have been going here to get our haircuts, usually every 7-10 days each and never have any complaints. If you plan on asking for Mary or Ashley, I highly recommend downloading the Great Clips app and checking in before going there. Both of these stylists each have a long list of clients who request them for their needs, that means they are good at what they do! Unless Mary or Ashley quit, we will continue to get our haircuts from GC! Thank you ladies! I hope you get the recognition that you deserve from your franchise owner.

I use this as my go-to secondary whenever I fail to schedule an appointment with my regular hair lady on time. They've always treated me well here, no complaints. It can get packed quickly though, being in a up-and-coming area. Using the online-check-in beforehand can give you an idea of what you're walking into.

Mary did a wonderful job cutting my hair! She was very quick but did a thorough job and it turned out great! I'll be going back again.

always awesome stay far far away from the one in Converse but this Universal City one-off Kitty Hawk is amazing everybody always does such a good job and they're so nice
