I went in to get highlights and layers. She totally butchered my hair and I had to get it fixed elsewhere. She didn't do anything I asked her to do with my hair and just kept chopping and chopping until it was all uneven. When my hair is dry and straight it looks like I let a child cut my hair. Layers weren't smooth and I asked her to thin the ends, which she replied to me that i really wouldn't like that, but I've been having my ends thinned out for years by my previous hair stylist. I was overall very unhappy and upset that so much of my hair is gone. The worst part is I know she could've done a better job because she cut my kid's hair a few weeks before and I feel she ruined mine on purpose.
