I have been going since they opened and never have had an issue . The owner is the one who cuts both my daughter and my hair.. and the young one is the ONLY one who I allow to cut my sons hair.. they are extremely friendly and remembers all their customers.. my son from NY got a hair cut there and he was very happy... ( he is very picky ) I give them 10 stars

I've always received such friendly service and Sabrina went above and beyond in cutting and styling my hair. It was more akin to what I've experienced at a high dollar salon, and I absolutely loved my hair cut from her! I will 100% be returning for future hair cuts!

Went in so my wife and I could get our hair done. Mine was good. My wife got a coloring and styling and cut. Why 2 stars? See Sabrina Came and asked me if it was okay if my wife got a "Special mother's day coloring" I said, "For a special, sure..."

The barber in the picture watched tv while cutting my sons hair and nicked his ear 4 times. When I asked her about it she told me it was already there when he came in and then tried to blame it on a cat. There was fresh blood so he obviously didn't come in with it... Went in 3 weeks later to see another stylist, and my son was left in the chair numerous times because the stylist was working on the owners hair. She kept apologizing but still continued to leave him unattended for extended amounts of time Prices are vague and they seem to change what they charge based on the day and the stylist. Very disappointed with this establishment. I will gladly pay more and travel farther to make sure my child gets a proper cut and the attention he deserves.

Where do I even begin???? First, my family member received a TERRIBLE haircut and was not given what he asked for. He went back to have them fix the already-made mistake and came back even more unhappy. I then called and spoke to the owner/manager who proceeded to tell me 1) it was the customer's fault for not waiting to see the person he has seen in the past and 2) the person who did cut his hair was "new and doesn't know what to do." My family member did not ask for anything difficult... "I would like a 6" to be specific... the woman I spoke to ended up screaming and yelling at me and eventually said that my problem was worth fixing because we will never be returning. Terrible customer service. Convenience is not worth it.
