It’s not that anyone does a bad job, it’s that it was 340 for a root touch up. Missed the appointment, no big deal… can reschedule. Then instead of thinking I’d be charged 170 or so for the no show and service, the lady charged me 340. That’s astronomical for a root touch up. 340!!!!!! For a root touch up?!? I removed myself from the salon and asked for my card to also be removed because I will not be going back if it’s that much for a touch up. Wow.

This was my first time at the salon and I saw Andrea! From the moment I walked in- to the moment I left- I felt I had her undivided attention. She listened to what I wanted, what I liked and Did not like and gave me exactly what I wanted! She didn’t try to push anything on me that I did not want or like! I LOVEEEE my haircut and feel like myself after a close of 2 years!

Andrea is fabulous. She did an amazing job on my haircut and went above and beyond with a hair mask and wave style at the end. I will definitely return and recommend her to my friends.
