“Okay so this was my first time doing this , I’m Mexican So this was a bit of a culture shock for me. This wait time was about 15 mins . Now Let’s Say 4PM . Now I have a lot of hair and got Box braids waist length. The women whom was doing my hair was amazing she made me feel comfortable. And what I loved the most was there was 2 Other women helping her any chance they got to finish off my hair. Now the whole process was a lil over 4 hours . We finish at about 8:20PM . Yet as late as it was getting they made She to make it perfect. I love my hair & was so in awe on how amazing all 3 women were to take care of my hair for me . I will definitely be coming back.”

***DO NOT GO HERE**** If u could give them a zero i would. I came to this establishment to get small box braids. I paid $220 plus tip because I do not believe in not tipping something for services that i have had done. I have been getting braids since I was in jr high and I'm an adult in corporate America now so that lets you know that i know what to look for in braids since I have been getting them for 25+ years. I paid for small braids and the ladies that braided my hair gave me small braids around the edges and they cheated and gave me medium braids in the middle (but i paid for small) they did not braid it tight so of course they have started to come out. I have had this style for less than 2 weeks and 9 braids have come out and 3 have ripped from the root. I do not do any fancy styles with my braids or even tie them tight. I contacted the number provided online to notify them of what is napping to my hair. I spoke to the gentlemen on a Thursday and he setup my appointment for the following Monday at 6:15pm with the owner Miriam to "fix" my hair. I show up at 6:13pm and the shop is locked and closed and a representative was getting in her car and said to reachout to the manager , i thought that is who I was meeting with today. I wait 10-15 minutes and contact the gentlemen that answers for the shop. He asked if I had an appointment and i advised yes "you " gave me the appointment last Thursday. I advised him that this is a very unprofessional way to conduct business. He then began to yell and get irate on the phone I asked him to please keep the conversation professional and he kept cutting me off. He eventually contacted the owner and advised me that i would have to wait an additional 15-20 mins until the owner arrives. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a beautician before. This location has poor quality styles, staff, and business ethics. Come to this location at your own risk.

I had called this place before I arrived with my mom, who suffers from MS and is wheelchair bound to show up and be told that they couldn’t take us. It was 91 degrees outside and felt even hotter inside the damn place. They don’t have any air conditioning and are extremely rude. They’re also really ratchet, inside and out of the store. I wouldn’t give this place any stars, but I had to to write this review. This shop should be investigated. There was hair all over the floor as soon as you step foot through the door and children running around aimlessly. It had a bad odor to it too!

Horrible they forced me to buy a extra bag of hair I didn’t need and my braids fell out and looked like I had them in for months and they were only in for a few days and it was mother’s day I was so unhappy

Made an appointment day before appointment. I wanted something simple 3 short cornrows. I was extremely excited but it quickly died.. I walk in.. looks dirty. The sofas 😳 The floor ☹️ Dirty. I kept an open mind sat down and waited although I was the 3rd person to get there I was totally ignored by the owner. She spoke to everyone BUT me. She skipped my name.. I'm not sure it was because I am obviously not black.. but it took one of the ladies waiting to speak up for me and let me take her turn. The owner only pointed me in the direction to another hair dresser where I sat down.. I loved my hair but still not one word do they say to me.. not one... even after I attempted to make conversation. After she was done I gave a good tip maybe next time they will warm up to me? Idk I probably won't even go back . ☹️
