I overpaid for something I didn't want. The stylist was nice, but I asked for ombre, we spent about 10 minutes going into detail about how I wanted it, and I ended up with simple highlights (which could've at least been ombre but weren't). She told me that's what I asked for, but I even had pictures for reference (and this was one of their "top tier" stylists). The haircut was okay, kind of choppy layers but I can live with it because the ombre thing bugs me a lot more. $200+ is ridiculous for basic highlights.

I was iffy about coming here because of the other reviews but I made an appointment for 5:30 and was seen 30 minutes early . I had Great service the lady was very nice and I loved the results . Ask for Susan !

The hair stylist was really nice however, I feel I over paid for nothing. I wanted a red color and my hair just looks dark brown I wanted it layered with a lot of texture yes I still wanted to keep the bottom as long as possible. In the end she tried to convince me that its because I have had bad experiences before and that's why I feel that way. Yes I have had bad experiences but if I'm paying 147 dollars for cut and color I want my hair to look like something is different not just smell like it like dye and the shampoo that the salon uses.

I waited an hour only to be told she wasn't going to have time for a cut. (Ran late with client) In my experience, you should give the courtesy to let a waiting client know that you won't be able to do the service instead of taking my appointment. Waste of my time.
