All I wanted to know was if they offered deep conditioning treatments, both of the workers acted very rude towards me and there was another lady just laughing at the conversation!?... I’ve never had bad customer experience until now... I definitely wouldn’t recommend going here.

This was the first time I visited Regis at South Park Mall and I felt pampered from the minute I walked in. I'm very picky about who cuts my hair because, It's hard finding a good hairstylist. My stylist was Brandie, she cut my hair and gave me exactly what I asked for and it looks AMAZING! I was also, looking for a certain product for my hair and she explained the products to me and recommended something. I am so happy with my cut and I would recommend her to any woman looking for a GREAT stylist.

I had a appointment for my daughter for prom with Lydia, she didn't acknowledge we were there even though she sat right behind the counter. she spent FOREVER with a customer not starting until FORTY FIVE mins after our scheduled appointment. the books they gave us were from the 80's, extremely out dated. She had no respect for our time. I had no choice but to wait because it was late on a Sunday but the experience was infuriating. she stood at the register laughing as it got later for my daughter. Then she had the nerve to tell me that she needed like 3 hours to work on my daughter's hair, after she wasted 45 mins. my daughter's hair came out awful, she blamed time ironically, wasted 80 bucks. zero stars to this place.
