Hands down... everytime I get my hair colored I have the best results! Ms Laverne is the BEST and my hair looks fabulous... thank you dear ❤

I honestly never do Google reviews however, I just left the battlefield location after a not so good experience. I walked in and was pleasantly greater and checked in. I then sat down and waited patiently. Another man can in shortly after me and sat down in the seat next to me. He was then asked the same questions as I included "would you like first available opening"? He answered yes and then the same person asking the questions then asked him if he was ready. She then took him back to get him started on his hair cut. I waited a little longer and then we told by another women she would be with me in a few minutes. I then asked if the other gentleman had an appt or had checked in online. He did not. At this point I had made the desicion that I was not going to give this facility my business. The women that took the gentleman before me then came over and apologized for taking him before me. I get that people make mistakes but she then (I feel) as if she lied to me by saying she did not know that I was there first and if she had know she would have made sure to take me first. Well, she checked him in while I was sitting right next to him waiting. If I was sitting on the other side of the waiting area I could understand, but I was in the seat directly next to him. I only ask for people to be fair and own up to there mistakes and don't lie. I then said I was going to leave and for them to have a great day and I hope that this doesn't happen to other people.
