I went in for a lock twist. The saloonist Lee said she know how to lock twist. The twist only held at the roots. She charged 65$ and then chatged an additional 10$ for a style which should have been included. The style was loop sided and then she came up with a bogus explanation about how my hair is soft a very course; explaining why my two underbraids are lop sided. She then re braids them AND THEY STILL WERE LOP SIDED. I had to be to work at five and just delt with it. Lee is trash for the loc twist. Stick to the braiding game.

Worst communication I have ever experienced. I badly need a haircut yet it will be nearly a month since I first tried to make an appointment. I wish I never wasted my time with this place. Who knows if they can cut hair well-I haven't been able to make an appointment because no one picks up the phone or is too busy to get back to me! I don't even believe they even have a receptionist to schedule appointments.
